Nicole keeps Mike Gwynne Builders running smoothly behind the scenes, so our builders can focus on building. She looks after estimating and quoting, finance, HR, health and safety, marketing and project coordination, which means she’s often your first point of contact and the person keeping your project on track.

Nicole’s career reads like a masterclass in how to get things done. Since 2011 she’s worked across real estate, construction, operations, recruitment, fire safety, boating and retail in New Zealand and Canada; taking something valuable from every one of them. From real estate, she knows what makes a house sell and, more importantly, what makes it a home. From building in Canada, she knows how clever layouts, proper storage and real garaging change the way people live. Put the two together and you get someone who sees your project from every angle.

Nicole has a gift for taking a business or an idea apart and putting it back together more efficient, cost effective and profitable. She’s a natural planner with expertise in operations, compliance, procurement, marketing, sales and customer service, and she’s the calm voice in the room when things get complicated.
