We do still value and take on smaller jobs like bathroom renovations for landlords, carports, garages, decks and anything to make our clients happy. Just like the range of work we do, every project is different. Each project has its own unique timing, challenges and details that need carefully taken care of. We are always upfront about timing, including when things change. Every one of the Mike Gwynne team will keep you up to date, find the answers to your questions if they don’t know it and get it done in a timely manner.

From the builders onsite, to your foreman, to Mike both building and project managing to Nicole in the background monitoring details – we all will make sure you know exactly what is going on. You can expect daily calls, messages and points of contact – or if you don’t want that, we can accommodate that type of job management too. We customise to your expectations and keep everything well managed, transparent and clear.
